The Mighty Caesar started Express Move Me in 2013. After finishing his training at Ecol`e Du Jacques Le Coq. He wanted to bring the energy and desire for creating work that was fostered at that prestigious school, back to Australia. With a strong physical theatre background he would use this as the basis for all of his work and the workshops the company teaches. Believing that someone who is truly connected with their bodies shines bright and stands out on stage. Caesar has had the pleasure to share the stage with a number of award winning companies, and has witnessed this fact for himself. And now wishes to share everything he has learned with his students.
The classes focus on different training formats, to better meet our students and challenge them physically and mentally. While also providing the tools to understand their learning.
